Found in the heart of Douglas, Co. Cork, Barrys of Douglas is a multi function venue featuring comprehensive audio signal processing, routing and control allowing the venue managers to tailor the AV system to any kind of event.
Barrys Bar regularly hosts DJs, live bands and sporting events. Each type of event requires its own configuration of the audio system, making this easy to manage was the key to success in this system.
System operators can choose to include or exclude each of 7 individual areas from the ‘Main Event’ so sports events can be hosted in one part of the venue while there’s a private party in another, each with their own customisable AV system.
The system was recently migrated over to 2x Soundweb London BLU-160 processors allowing the entire venue to run at full 24Bit, 96kHz as well as the inclusion of the touch screen user interface seen below.
This system is accessible to ID Networks via a secure VPN link so that system monitoring and upgrades can be implemented from anywhere in the world.
