TRAINING

One key aspect of project implementation which is often overlooked is that of ensuring the end user and client is familiar and comfortable with their new system.

 

This can take the form of one on one tutorials, group demonstrations and O&M manuals.


Either way, we feel it’s important that the customer is able to feel at home with their new system. Integrated systems should not be intimidating but user friendly and intuitive, it’s our goal to make sure that the client is able to use the system to its full potential right from the start.
